What is the dress code for Prom 2024: Enchanted Garden?

• Formal attire is encouraged. Wear what you wish you could've worn to your prom! This is meant to be a formal, fancy affair so you can’t be overdressed! Feel free to incorporate the theme in your own way: think fairy-tale inspired outfits, floral prints, and magical accessories. Costumes are welcome but not required. 

Is there an age requirement to attend the prom?

• Prom 2024 is open to adults aged 18 and above. All attendees wishing to drink alcoholic beverages must present a valid ID upon entry.

Are tickets refundable if I can't attend the event?

• Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable, so you can give or sell your ticket to someone else if you're unable to attend.

Will there be food and beverages available at the prom?

• Yes, we will have complimentary hors d'oeuvres and small desserts at the event and alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Additionally, all tickets include complimentary fountain drinks.

Is parking available at the venue?

• Yes, there is ample, and accessbile, parking available on-site. 

Are LGBTQ+ allies welcome at Prom 2024?

• Absolutely! Prom 2024 is a celebration of diversity and inclusivity, and allies are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Will there be accessibility accommodations available at the venue?

• Yes, the venue is accessible to individuals with mobility challenges. If you require specific accommodations, please contact us in advance so we can ensure your needs are met.

Can I bring my own camera or take photos at the event?

• Yes, you are welcome to take photos for personal use. We also have themed photo stations and a photo booth available for capturing magical memories throughout the night.

Is there a designated smoking area at the venue?

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of the venue. Please be mindful of others and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Will there be security personnel at the event?

• Yes, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees, and security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
