Trans Day of Visibility was created by Michigan social worker and trans activist Rachel Crandall Crocker in 2009. TDOV is a day to celebrate trans people and uplift our community. Here's how everyone can join us to celebrate Trans Day of Visibility!

We'll have a Resource Fair with so many incredible local organizations, a Clothing Swap, and more to celebrate transgender people and community in Lansing!
This year marks our fourth annual Trans Day of Visibility Clothing Swap! Come celebrate yourself and your loved ones by picking out new clothes and accessories. You don’t need to bring clothes to take some– everything will be free and all are welcome!
This celebration will also include a Resource Fair, featuring local organizations sharing information and activities.
If you’d like to donate clothing or accessories, bring them to the Salus Center during our Resource Hours between now and this event! You can also bring them directly to the celebration on Tuesday!
Resource Hours are on Thursdays from 9am-1pm and Sundays from 1pm-3pm at the Salus Center. Details about what we accept below; extra items will be donated after the event.
